Applied Learning Programme
The Desired Outcomes of Xinghua Environmental Education ALP aspire for every student to be a Green citizen.
Students who go through Xinghua Environmental Education ALP will have a good awareness of environmental issues around them, the necessary skills and the sense of agency to make a positive difference to the environment.
E2K (Excellence 2000)
A science enrichment programme catered to primary 4 to 6 students who demonstrate strong interest and ability in Science. It engages students in scientific investigations involving more advanced science concepts and aims to foster independence in scientific inquiry in students.
P6 Science Learning Journey to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserves
As part of the Science Department’s signature programme, the primary 6 students embark on a yearly learning journey to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserves. This experience aims to deepen their understanding of biodiversity and conservation through firsthand exploration of a mangrove ecosystem. Students will observe unique flora and fauna in their natural habitat and learn about the vital role such ecosystems play in supporting life. This programme reflects our commitment to nurturing curious, environmentally-aware learners through experiential science learning.
